Each mug holds approximately 350ml — generous enough for a proper coffee, tea, or matcha, but not so big it becomes a soup bowl.

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Once reviewed and approved, we'll gladly send a replacement to make you happy.

Every Kai's Pottery mug is genuinely handmade, so your order goes through three stages:

• Order processing: 1–3 business days
• Handcrafting your mug: 1–2 months, depending on current demand
• Shipping: 3–5 business days once it leaves the studio

Total: roughly 5–10 weeks from order to delivery.
